key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to both residential and commercial clients.
- Conduct thorough inspections, identifying wildlife issues, and offering comprehensive removal solutions.
- Safely and humanely trap and remove wildlife (live and deceased).
- Perform structural modifications to prevent wildlife re-entry.
- Ensure a professional appearance in all aspects — from your company vehicle to your uniform and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with office staff and maintain detailed job records.
