Requirements:

Experience in Wildlife Removal is preferred.
A valid driver’s license with a clean record (3 years minimum).
Ability to pass both a background check and a drug screening.
Comfortable working from ladders, roofs, and in tight, confined spaces.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs and working hands-on with wildlife.

Guadalupe came out to remove a dead animal from under the deck. He was at the property within 30 minutes and everything was taken care super quickly. He was excellent and nailed the deck boards back in place as well. Will definitely reach out to him again.

Logan actually came on the weekend to set up traps to trap a family of raccoons living in my yard. He came daily to check the traps and was very keen on where to set the traps. He ended up trapping all six of them. Which I was thankful for -as I could not have done this myself-nor would I have wanted to. He knew his business. Guadalupe was the service tech for Elite Wildlife Services to identify the animal we heard in our attic. He did an inspection of the attic vent where the animal entered the attic in the middle of the night and could identify it was a raccoon leaving claw marks on the roof and siding and into the vent. A one way out trap was attached to the vent entry. He also inspected the attic and found evidence of roof rat footprints and trails in the insulation.
After identifying all the openings into the attic, roof and garage and he permanently filled those openings and replaced the screen on the vents and opening under our deck with wire due to possum droppings and set another one way out for that animal. After several days we did not hear any more animal activity in our attic. He finished the job with a DSV that also included a spraying for fleas in the attic. We now have a Clean attic and coverage for one year. Guadalupe communicated well about what each step was being taken and when he would be coming to do the work over 2weeks. He a great job!!

Ashley and Josh were incredible. We had a squirrel problem for a few months and tried many things. Finally, we found Elite Wildlife and called them during the weekend. Luckily, Ashley was on-call that weekend and came out right away to assess our problem. 2 days later her and Josh (safely) climbed out extremely high roof and addressed all the entry points. They also came back out a couple of times for follow-ups to ensure our problem was 100% resolved. We are now very happy and confident our squirrel problem is gone. Thank you Ashley, Josh and Elite Wildlife!
As a bonus, they even found a new home for Rocket The Raccoon

We recently discovered bats were roosting within our walls. To make matters worse we had about a month to have them removed before the maternity season, which lasts several months and makes it illegal to remove them during that time because they are a protected species. After calling around I decided to use EWS. I worked with Logan who was sent out to inspect my house and explain the process to have the bats removed humanely and the sanitation of the house once they were gone. The estimated cost was very reasonable compared to other companies with very high estimates. Logan was very responsive to my questions and concerns and after about a week I am happy to say that the bats are gone and hopefully we don’t have to worry about them anymore. I would not hesitate to call EWS again for any future wildlife service meeds.

Ashly came out for an inspection, as we had critters in our attic. She set traps and sealed all openings and put in one way exit cages. We’ve not had any issues since then. She worked quickly and explained the process and shared photos of the work she did. Excellent work!

I tried several pest control companies before calling Elite Wildlife Services, and honestly I wish I had called them first.

Most companies wanted to charge tens of thousands of dollars for traps and insulation replacement, but nobody was fixing the actual entry points. I have a tile roof, and we had been dealing with squirrels for years.

Things got even worse after the City of Houston cut down all the trees behind our backyard to build a drainage pond where the old golf course used to be. After that, we started having mice, rats, squirrels, and everything else trying to get into the house.

That’s when Yaser Cabrera from Elite Wildlife Services came out. He recommended sealing all the holes and doing a full exclusion. After the first visit we still noticed some activity, but what meant a lot was that Yaser Cabrera kept his word and came back out.

The second exclusion worked, and since then all the activity has stopped.

The biggest thing for me is that my mother can finally sleep peacefully at night without hearing noises in the walls and roof. That peace of mind alone was worth everything.

We contacted EWS through a neighborhood recommendation. The company exceeded expectations. Josh was our technician, great communicator, very knowledgeable and we were so impressed with his determination to make sure all possibilities were covered. Yeyser was great! We were dealing with a critter in attic. The first company was not as thorough going through the attic to identify the critter they also wanted $450. I contacted Elite Wildlife the next day and Yeyser was connected to our case quickly. He came over and completed a thorough walkthrough inside and out. He came back with pictures of Raccoon dropping and urine in the insulation. Once we were ready to move forward paying only $300, Yeyser came back to set up a one way excluder. Honestly once that was in place our raccoon friend was not heard from again. We waited about 4 days for Yeyser to return and remove the excluder. He then quickly patched the entry point with a metal plate. Ask for Yeyser Cabrera at Elite Wildlife Services next time you think you have an unwanted critter in your home.

He was able to remove what turned out to be a raccoon and made the necessary repairs to my house so that no more animals will be able to get in. A squirrel in the fireplace on Christmas Eve, oh my!

Guadalupe came out at 7:30am on Christmas Eve to remove a squirrel that had fallen down the chimney into the fireplace which, luckily, had glass doors that prevented the critter from entering the house. He enjoyed his 24 hours inside, but was not welcome on Christmas Day.

Very professional, prompt and courteous service! EWS also installs screening to keep this from happening again ... next week. Highly recommend.

Hello! We had multiple critters in our attic, so we called this company. We are very pleased with their service. The technician, Yeyser Cabrera, did an excellent job ensuring all openings were sealed and installed a few excluders to let critters go out without harming them. Called them to get rid of a dead possum carcass in my backyard and they responded quickly and arrived timely efficient. Ms. Ashely went straight to work and got rid of everything that was presented. Called several companies when I realized I had bats flying out of my roofline. Yeyser Cabrera returned my call on a Sunday and was quick to schedule an inspection. Communication was great throughout the process, which you can’t say about many companies these days. Yeyser was always on time for his service calls. I had a problem with pests in the attic and called Elite Wildlife Services. They made it out to check on it the same day I called and quickly had a thorough analysis of my problem (raccoons and rats) after their inspection. Both Mark and Ashly were very knowledgeable and communicated the problems and solutions clearly and completely. Ashly did the work after I committed to having it done and was very thorough and efficient. She was easy to reach and to communicate with. All of the noises are now gone and the traps that were in the attic have shown no response for the past week. Problem solved, I'm sure!! I would heartily recommend these guys for any mammal pest problems you might have. Thanks guys! Great job.

They came out quickly for the initial treatment and, when the wasps returned, didn’t hesitate to come back a second time to take care of it—at no extra charge. A Huge Thank You to Guadalupe Martinez and His Team.

I reached out to Guadalupe on a Friday regarding a raccoon issue at my home. By Saturday morning, he was on-site and - within just five minutes - identified the hiding spot of a mother raccoon and her two babies. That same day, he set a trap and successfully captured the mother. He returned on Sunday to safely retrieve the two babies and transport them to a shelter.

A few days later, Guadalupe came back to thoroughly disinfect the affected area.

Why I Recommend Guadalupe:

• Fair Pricing: His quote was SIX times lower than some of the competitors.
• Speed & Responsiveness: He acted immediately, while others required a four-day wait.
• Accuracy: Guadalupe quickly found the entry point - something competitors missed during their inspection. They instead listed over ten possible entry holes, despite our roof being newly installed just two years ago.

Called them on a Sunday afternoon after hearing raccoons in my attic and Mark, the owner, was at my house within an hour to inspect the damage. Mark found a pregnant raccoon nesting in a corner of my 3rd floor attic and proposed a plan of action to extricate the raccoon and to prevent this from happening again. Elite Wildlife Services had 3 men at my house the next morning and they completed the project by noon on Thursday. The guys were very professional and responsive and left my house raccoon free and sealed so that unwanted critters cannot nest here again.

Josh came out on short notice, on a holiday, and was on time. He did a thorough inspection and was able to find the dead rodent that had caused the house to smell vile! Josh was very, very quick to reply to my late-night, online request for an inspection and he was at my house the next day, in the morning! (I prefer to work with companies that actually use modern methods of communication. So many still think the telephone between 8AM and 5PM is the only way to communicate.) Josh accessed the situation and thoroughly explained how he would solve the problem, the warranty and the cost. I agreed and then he started work immediately. For the second visit to my home, he communicated well about the scheduling and he arrived on time. He was professional and efficient, and the cost was reasonable. I am very happy with the service provided by Elite Wildlife Services.
