I had a problem with pests in the attic and called Elite Wildlife Services. They made it out to check on it the same day I called and quickly had a thorough analysis of my problem (raccoons and rats) after their inspection. Both Mark and Ashly were very knowledgeable and communicated the problems and solutions clearly and completely. Ashly did the work after I committed to having it done and was very thorough and efficient. She was easy to reach and to communicate with. All of the noises are now gone and the traps that were in the attic have shown no response for the past week. Problem solved, I'm sure!! By Saturday morning, he was on-site and - within just five minutes - identified the hiding spot of a mother raccoon and her two babies. Called them on a Sunday afternoon after hearing raccoons in my attic and Mark, the owner, was at my house within an hour to inspect the damage. Mark found a pregnant raccoon nesting in a corner of my 3rd floor attic and proposed a plan of action to extricate the raccoon and to prevent this from happening again. Elite Wildlife Services had 3 men at my house the next morning and they completed the project by noon on Thursday. The guys were very professional and responsive and left my house raccoon free and sealed so that unwanted critters cannot nest here again.

(I prefer to work with companies that actually use modern methods of communication. So many still think the telephone between 8AM and 5PM is the only way to communicate.)
