Called them to get rid of a dead possum carcass in my backyard and they responded quickly and arrived timely efficient. Ms. Ashely went straight to work and got rid of everything that was presented. She's a trooper! Very kind, professional and a listener. I didn't expect them to send her i was a bit surprised lol but she knows exactly whats she doing. Only small downfall is the pricing but hey they do their job effectively and kept it professional.

Called several companies when I realized I had bats flying out of my roofline. Yeyser Cabrera returned my call on a Sunday and was quick to schedule an inspection. Communication was great throughout the process, which you can’t say about many companies these days. Yeyser was always on time for his service calls. Thankfully I called Elite Wildlife Services, and got to talk to Josh. He came out to offer a second opinion, and identified our issues straight away. He fixed the other company's mistakes (we spent a month with a different company trying to get rats out of our attic with little success), secured our home, successfully got rid of the rats, and saved my sanity! I highly recommend Josh, and Elite Wildlife Services!

I had a problem with pests in the attic and called Elite Wildlife Services. They made it out to check on it the same day I called and quickly had a thorough analysis of my problem (raccoons and rats) after their inspection. Both Mark and Ashly were very knowledgeable and communicated the problems and solutions clearly and completely. Ashly did the work after I committed to having it done and was very thorough and efficient. She was easy to reach and to communicate with. All of the noises are now gone and the traps that were in the attic have shown no response for the past week. Problem solved, I'm sure!! I would heartily recommend these guys for any mammal pest problems you might have. Thanks guys! Great job.

We had a persistent wasp issue, and Ashley from Elite Wildlife went above and beyond to make sure it was fully resolved. They came out quickly for the initial treatment and, when the wasps returned, didn’t hesitate to come back a second time to take care of it—at no extra charge. A Huge Thank You to Guadalupe Martinez and His Team.

I reached out to Guadalupe on a Friday regarding a raccoon issue at my home. By Saturday morning, he was on-site and - within just five minutes - identified the hiding spot of a mother raccoon and her two babies. That same day, he set a trap and successfully captured the mother. He returned on Sunday to safely retrieve the two babies and transport them to a shelter.

A few days later, Guadalupe came back to thoroughly disinfect the affected area.

Why I Recommend Guadalupe:

• Speed & Responsiveness: He acted immediately, while others required a four-day wait.

Called them on a Sunday afternoon after hearing raccoons in my attic and Mark, the owner, was at my house within an hour to inspect the damage. Mark found a pregnant raccoon nesting in a corner of my 3rd floor attic and proposed a plan of action to extricate the raccoon and to prevent this from happening again. Elite Wildlife Services had 3 men at my house the next morning and they completed the project by noon on Thursday. The guys were very professional and responsive and left my house raccoon free and sealed so that unwanted critters cannot nest here again.

Josh came out on short notice, on a holiday, and was on time. He did a thorough inspection and was able to find the dead rodent that had caused the house to smell vile! Josh was very, very quick to reply to my late-night, online request for an inspection and he was at my house the next day, in the morning! (I prefer to work with companies that actually use modern methods of communication. So many still think the telephone between 8AM and 5PM is the only way to communicate.) Josh accessed the situation and thoroughly explained how he would solve the problem, the warranty and the cost. I agreed and then he started work immediately. For the second visit to my home, he communicated well about the scheduling and he arrived on time. He was professional and efficient, and the cost was reasonable.
